Today isn’t scarier than yesterday. Dare I say, its still spiraling in the same direction. Trajectory places us here, waiting for some kind of outcome or reason, where there isn’t one. Yesterday an attempt at DT’s life was made where 3 inches made all the difference. Someone still died though, just not the assumed target. Does this make the tragedy more or less important? A life for a life was still traded.

It isn’t surprising something like this can happen here, where something like this happens nearly every day. In schools, bars, concerts, really anywhere. This country has condoned these actions since its inception. Violence is a symptom but can be a catalyst. I question though, does this really change anything besides add to gun statistics?
